Nepal won the first match of T20 World Cup Qualifier against Hong Kong by 30 runs. Nepal batted first and with excellent 68 runs from Paras Khadka scored 130 runs off 6 wickets. Despite the initial loss of wickets, Khadka and G Malla(26), played well to put up the score up to 130.
The batting of Hong Kong was not well and against excellent bowling of C Sawad (4-23), Gauchan(2-11) and B Regmi(2-18), the inning went on only upto 100 runs for 9 wickets.
